Sage Capture for Sage 50c Accounts (v24)

Sage Capture is a mobile app (Android and iOS) that allows you to take a picture of a receipt, invoice or document and upload it straight to Sage 50c Accounts.

So how does it work?

Safe Capture is integrated with Microsoft One Drive, so once you’ve downloaded the app you’ll be prompted to enter your Office ID. Once logged in, the camera will open. Now simply take a photo of the document you wish t o record. Or if you already have the photo taken, you can access your camera roll and select it.

What happens next?

You can record a transaction linked to this image which will be uploaded to your One Drive and Sage 50c Accounts. Here you can input information such as Date, Company, Bank Account, Supplier, Transaction Type and Value, etc.

There is also an option to upload an Image Only if you do not wish to record a transaction to Sage 50 Accounts, for example a contract.

Once an image has been uploaded, you are free to delete it from your mobile device.

How often does Sage 50c Accounts sync with Sage Capture?

You can decide how often they sync in Settings > Company Preferences (logged in as Manager). Sage 50c will regularly sync to pick up any new images/transactions from the app. If you are without internet, you can still record images and transactions and refresh once you’re back online.

Is my data secure?

All data and images are encrypted.
