A support contract is an invaluable resource which provides assurance that you have someone to call in the event of a problem arising, or if you have a question relating to a procedure.
The Synergy Network Support team uses Login Rescue to remotely support our clients. It is a totally secure system that works best over a speedy broadband connection between us and your computer.
If you have a problem that you cannot readily describe in words we can connect to your computer and see your screen exactly as you are seeing it. If you have a large backup that cannot be sent to us via email, we can logon to your machine and transfer the file directly to the Synergy Network offices so that we can start working on your concerns straight away.

Whatever version of Sage Accounts or Payroll you are using it is important to have the latest Service packs and Updates applied. For older versions of Sage 50 or Instant software please contact us for the updates which we can download to your computer.
