Microsoft Windows 11 Introducing New Operating system

 

The next release of Microsoft Windows Operating System,  Windows 11 was  released on 5th October 2021. This version is a successor to the existing Windows 10 Operating system .  The release of the Windows 11 OS will be phased rollover with newer eligible devices to  be offered an upgrade first and then moving on to existing windows 10 users in early 2022 subject to having a compatible device. Microsoft expect the rollover process to be completed by the Summer of  2022. It has been 6 years since windows 10 was released and this gap of six years marks the longest time span between successive releases  of Microsoft  Windows Operating systems.

Windows 11 and Sage 50 Cloud Accounts version 28

Sage have confirmed that their latest Sage50 Cloud Accounts version 28  has been fully tested and works on Windows 11.
Older Sage 50  Accounts versions such as v27 and older have not been tested to work on Windows 11. Please stay in touch with our website and social media news ( click here to sign up to our mailing list )

Get Ready

If you are using an older version of Sage 50 more than 4 years old, such as Sage 50 v24 or older now might be a good time to consider upgrading to a  Sage 50 Cloud Accounts software Subscription to take advantage of great new features  of Sage 50 Version 28and Windows 11, subject to confirmation of Compatibility.
