Sage Intelligence is a feature of Sage 50c Accounts that is integrated with Microsoft Office 365.
What does Sage Intelligence do?
Using Microsoft Excel 365, it allows you to view as well as create online financial reports working with your data.
Then you can access and analyse this information from wherever you are, whatever the hour.
How does it work?
When you use Sage 50c with Office 365, your accounts data is also securely received into Sage Intelligence. So you can view your financial data in real time.
You can view your data in standard templates or reports more suited to your requirements.
Two options for Sage Intelligence:
Online Report Designer runs in your web browser and helps you to create reports. These financial reports are standard and commonly used, like: balance sheets and trial balance sheets, profit and loss and income statements.

Excel Report Designer has pre-formatted reports in Excel. They can be viewed in both Excel desktop and the online version.
Standard layouts for income statements and balance sheet reports are included, but you are also free to customise and format your layouts in Excel.
Graphs, grouping and spark lines, conditioning formatting – these useful Excel features will help you to customise reports tailored to your specific needs.
