Paperless World – myth or reality
We have recently been appointed a Partner for Paperless Scanning software which we think will be of interest to any companies dealing with a large volume of documents. By integrating seamlessly with Sage 50, Paperless allows you to easily post any documents directly into Sage and view them later.

For example, if you have a shop or depot in Ballina and a Head Office in Sligo, the Purchase invoices can be scanned in Ballina and routed to the appropriate person for sign off. Approved invoices are then posted in batches to Sage 50 – you can edit to change a Vat code or general ledger code if necessary. Emailed invoices can be uploaded to the scanning software at a click of a button.
