Email and Cutting Costs With Sage 50

First of all you need to edit your layout in Report Designer and check the mail options.

Microsoft Outlook is the most compatible mail provider to use. If you are using any other mail provider you must choose the option “send immediately”. You also need to do some additional configuring.

Head for Tools->Options->Email setup to configure an SMTP provider such as eir.ie (eircom.net) or gmail.com.

Finally when you click on configure you must use the assistance of the configuration wizard to get you up and running.
