If you have a problem that you cannot readily describe in words we can connect to your computer and see your screen exactly as you are seeing it. This can save valuable time in problem solving. If you have a large backup that cannot be sent to us via email, we can logon to your machine and transfer the file directly to the Synergy Network offices so that we can start working on your concerns straight away.
