A very important ritual at Synergy Network is the morning coffee run. Keep Cup in hand it’s nice to stretch your legs, get some fresh air and seek out a caffeine fix. Sligo is now home to some of the best coffee shops in the North West. Here are our recommendations!

My daily trip is to the Sligo Wellness Centre  for an Americano. They serve good coffee, it’s organic and I love the friendly service. At weekends it’s home made filter coffee for me.

I like to finish off my lunch at Lyons Cafe with an Americano. They serve the wonderful McCabe’s Coffee from Co. Wicklow.

On Monday mornings I treat myself to a Flat White at Milligram Coffee on Wine Street. Wonderful coffee and friendly service. My other favourite coffee place is Ardcarne Garden Cafe near Boyle, just off the N4. They serve “Art of Coffee”, roasted in Carrick on Shannon.

OK first of all I am a porridge person in the morning, after I have a run. My coffee time is 11 o clock so if you need to contact me please do so at 11.10. And my coffee is a Tesco cappuccino sachet (8 for €2.50) which is not strong enough without a spoon of instant coffee plus 2 sugars please :-)
